I have order kw8x android watch of Rs.3000 but i recieved cheap smart watch of worth Rs.500 . Now i m calling customer care but no one is replying my calls nor my mails . I want to file a complaint against them because no other person gets in dis scam

Dear Sir/Mam.
i order a smart watch by thewristbuddy.com of Rs 1791 but i received a cheap watch of RS 300. moreover, it not the same as they shown they are just selling the wrong product.
