I ordered a smart watch from their website.
Received a product which is opposite of what was described in their website
my order id is #201714782
Requested for a return , as per the policy it says 12 to 15 days .
Even after the policy dates or days no response from their team
Contacted the mail and the mobile which was given in their website but no response from them . Please resolve this issue .
