Dear Apple India,
My parents bought me a MacBook Pro a year and five months ago in April 2016 for my college. Three weeks back the motherboard collapsed because of which my laptop stopped working. The laptop was a very expensive one and from a company as well reputed and prestigious as Apple we expect better service as usually laptops survive 3 years in the least. I am a student and cannot afford to buy another laptop at this point in college because my parents already spent 60 thousand only a year ago.
When I visited the Apple service centre they said it would cost me 45 thousand to replace my motherboard which is a very large amount of money considering I just spent 60 thousand to get the laptop in the first place. I sincerely request you to get back to me as soon as possible because all my work is to be done using my laptop and I would really really appreciate your help and response.
