Hi,
I brought a Iphone 6 32G from Amazone site order number 406-6376438-7090765 and order date :05-10-2017
after received Iphone I faced many Problem like Hanging and over heating and touchpad was not working then I have visited service center, Noida loaction for the same issue . Service center executive said that to updated the software and gave receipt by executive and I also summited adapter at service center adapter was also faulty.
I checked that receipt found Serial Number and IMEI number different from new one .I called again at customer certer and found that IMEI number is registered to another person.
I want to ask why give u me second hand phone after replacement .I didn't use new iphone single day properly.
Again I received my phone on 18-Nov_2017 still I am facing same issue overeating phone ,hang problem, touch problem.
1)Iphone faulty
2)Apdptor faulty
All material are faulty, why did give a faulty piece via Amazone site?
Again I am going to summit my IPHONE 6 to service center.
I requested that please replace the phone with new one.
