hellow my self AD MINZ resident of bokaro steel city jharkhand on june 2006 i have finnanced my 2wheeler from centurion bank of sind and punjab with 4.5% rate of interest the 2wheeler was costing about 61000/- from which 36000/- finnanced by bank for which i have given 18 post dated cheques from june 2006 to nov 2007. After all these clearence and after some time i found this bank dissapeared and merged into HDFC after 1.5 years they are comming back to give NOC of clearence by paying 452/- saying i cheque bounce fine..... Sir/ Madam i have all the cheque details in my passbook to say nothing has bounce and it is a false and ridiculus for a bank stating such things and asking money though it is a small amount.
So somebody please take any action to solve my problem........................
