i had purchased the premium service from Times Jobs as suggested by Ms/Mrs Deepa from Timesjob and i had paid 4000 Rs. for that. when i had not paid them they were calling me everyday for purchasing their service. but now after purchasing it in Nov-2011 they are not providing me any service and also when i login to my user account on times jobs it gives me message that there is no order found under your account. i sent several emails to them also i sent them the screenshot of the message & transaction detail & bank statement but they are not replying me at all. if i call them they are not receiving my call and Everytime i call either the phone is put on hold OR told i would be called Or call not been picked up OR the desired person Mr. Praveen is in meeting.i need complete refund of my money.
1) Payment done on 22/11/2011 for Premium Pack "Classic CV + Send CV to TOP 1250 Indian and 100 Gulf Consultants" but timesjob portal with my id : shadab.waseem@gmail.com is still not activated.
2) Almost daily calling them after a gap of 1 month , Got mail from timesjob stating that " We have received and already uploaded your resume. You will get your first modified draft in 7-10 working days. " ,
but till date neither the above mentioned uploaded resume nor modified draft is received in my mail.
3) Around two months had passed , without any feedback on my status , from 22/11/2011 to this date , each time i receive same reply that i would be contacted soon & then again nothing happens.
Detailed History
I was suggested by The Timesjob representative M/s Deepa to avail Career service mentioning better career opportunity, quick and good service & job benefits. So I opted for “Magic Resume Pack†after negotiating at Rs. 4000/-. For payment an email was sent to me at my email-ID shadab.waseem@gmail.com mentioning the account details like Name & account number etc. Through net-banking I made the payment to Account “Times Business Solutions Limited†A/c No. 003105023791 (with Transaction ID: 02********) on date: 22/11/2011 (Screenshot Attached). Again they request me to send the payment screenshot to “praveen.kumar@bcubeit.com†and I was told that the service would be initiated soon. But with great disappointment I want to say that no action had taken. Later on when I tried to inquire about it they said that they will revert back to me in few minutes but never called. This happen 3 times to me with same reply. Again when I called 4 days back regarding this,
It is highly regretted that even after a lapse of two month , no action regarding my grievance solution is done yet. Everytime i call either the phone is put on hold OR told i would be called Or call not been picked up OR the desired person is in meeting.
It's once again requested to solve my grievance.
So I humbly request Timesjob to REFUND the amount of Rs.4000/- to my account ( A/c Name : Shadab Waseem A/c number: 002301530995) as I am dissatisfied by its service, its long delay, Poor customer Service response.
