I am user of airtel postpaid connection which no. is ********22. I am facing a billing problem in the last month (Oct- 2014) usage. They have charged Rs. 2200/- for 220 MB 2G Internet charges during 20th Oct to 27 Oct, 2014. I have contract to customer care they have replied that i have been activated with zero rental internet plan so the charges are high, details of charges as per customer care for zero rental internet plan as 1. 2G 10p/10KB 2. 3G 4p/10KB. This is very surprise to see 2G internet charges excess over 3G internet charges it should be less than or equal to 3G charges. Moreover I have 3G SIM so why they have provide 2G service instead to 3G. After my argued they have booked a compliant for the same but after 2 working days I have received a message your charges are correct and you have to pay as billing amount. So my concern is – I am not a user of internet services of airtel and I have change my mobile handset and airtel automatically provided internet service without any information and instead to provide 3G service they have provide 2G service for high income. Moreover it is duty of service provider to make aware about different plans which is best suitable plan for customer. This is very unethical and unprofessional to charges so high with wrong way.
