I am very very very disappointed to inform you that i am completely unsatisfied by airtel services. Infact i am irritated also. as mentioned in the above mail. i had problem in ********39. i ahve paid all my bills by cheque. i can give bank statement also for the same.you ppl disconnected services by saying taht the payment is not updated in your system. And after calling and showing the payment details you activated my services yesterday by 11 pm for 48 hours. and heights happened when today again you guys disconnected the services. When i asked the reason you people said the credit limit is crossed. while when i was again and again asking about this yesterday nobody paid attention. how come you you people discontinued the service in less den 24 hours.
I am again and again telling you that i am travelling but you people are so immune and pro in making fun of consumer that noone can beat you. Your customer care executives are misbehaving every single time. they dont noe how to talk and what to do.
Now i am gonna file a legal fir against airtel giving your name for the consumer harrasment coz i am fed up of your services now. you guys have some shame while doing all this.
now i have checked that teh amount has been deducted from my account also but still no service on network. And i dont understand why my incomings are barred. nobody is replying on mail, facebook and customer care. i am sicka nd tired now.
