WE BOOKED APPOINTMENT FOR MY AUNTY, ON 09th JUNE 2014, ON THE PREVIOUS DAY i.e SUNDAY. WHEN WE REACHED THE HOSPITAL, THE STAFF AT THE RECEPTION, TOLD WE DO NOT HAVE THE APPOINTMENT. WE SHOWN THE PHONE NUMBER AND THE TIME OF CONTACT AND HOW MUCH TIME WE ENQUIRED AND WE ALREADY GIVEN THE PATIENTS DETAIL AND THE PHONE NUMBER.
THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD, YESTERDAY WAS HOLIDAY AND MAY BE THE HOUSE KEEPING LADY MIGHT HAVE ANSWERED, WE ASKED THIS MUCH REPUTED HOSPITAL MY KEEP ANSWERING MACHINE OR SIMPLY THEY CAN SWITCH OFF THE PHONE, INSTEAD THEY ARE KEEPING ONLY HOUSE KEEPING LADY FOR ANSWERING THE CALL. BUT ONE THING THAT LADY ASKING EVERY DETAIL MEANS SHE MIGHT HAVE GRADUATE.
SO ANY TIME BOOKING APPOINTMENT, GET THE REFERENCE NUMBER OR ASK THEM TO SEND THE SMS.

Best Ortho Doctor but worst staffs ... especially the receptionists were so rude ...Please teach them how to be humble with the patients who already come in pain..
