I purchased a Nokia N73ME with carepack from Hotspot in Jan-2009. Few months before I was facing some problem in my Joystick. So I went to the Hotspot center which is located in RK Puram Sec-8, New Delhi. Intially the executive was not ready to take the set. He was just trying to motivate me that the set is ok. But after a hard discussion, he was ready to take the set and he commited me to return the set with in 15days. Also he informed me that after 5days of submission, u can check the status from our care center.
Now the tragedy starts for me. After a week I called the care center, but when ever I called them, every time they are asking for the details. Every time they r replying me that \"ur job sheet is not prepared yet\".
Suddenly, I got my transfer letter from my office. It was almost 25days passed away. I had to move to Bangalore. So I called them again n I said the problem to them. So the again committed me to give it back on the 27th day. When I went there to collect my set, I found my joystick was no more working. Again we had a hard discussion at that time. N I\'ve no more time to spent with them, bcoz I\'d to leave for Bangalore. I\'ve only 5days in my hand. I just aske d him can u resolve this issue with in 4days? They aggreed to my queries. So I again gave them my set. but on the last day at around 9pm a lady by name SARINA from Hotspot called me, n saying that ur set is not ready. We will deliver ur set in ur Bangalore address. I had a hard discussion with that lady. In fact I spoke to so many persons at that night. Finally they told me that they will deliver it next morning at 9.30am. My flight was scheduled at 12pm. They delivered me the set at 11am in the morning after calling so many persons. In my calling loop one of their North Zone head was involved. He was Mr. Sunil. But still my joystick was not working. also they broke down my memory card slot.
Finally I returnrd the carepack card to the executive.
As a well wisher I just want to suggest you all that, u can buy any set from Hotspot, but plz plz don\'t go for the care pack. They are just bluffing, lootong the customer by the name of carepack. Its ridiculous....also the persons who r in this loop r ridiculous. they don\'t know the value of commitment.
