Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a Nokia-3110 mobile hand set IMEI No. 354********1213 from hotspot retails limited 5, Shubham tower, plot no. 69/70/71, Neelam Bata Road , NIT Faridabad, Haryana vide invoice number 1994 dated 15.09.08. Further, two year warranty against liquid and physical damage was also provided to me on additional cost of Rs.300/- vide Care Pack S.R. No. A 21733.
On non working of my mobile I have given my mobile set for repairing to Hotspot, Faridabad 03.05.09 vide job sheet No. 008 dated 03.05.09. But my mobile set could not be repaired by the Hotspot till 19.05.09. Ater that I send an email in this regard to mobicare@hotspot.co.in. I have received return email on 20.05.09 vide which it was informed to me that my hand set is out of repaired limit and hence 50% credit note on current value of hand set shall be provided to me for which all accessories, bill along with Carepack card needs to submitted at Faridabad Hotspot . Hence, I have submitted all the accessories, bill along with carepack card to Hotspot at Faridabad on 21.05.09.
Further, Faridabad hotspot centre has suggested me to contact Delhi centre of hotspot for credit note. Accordingly, I contacted several times to Hotspot New Delhi service centre on telephone no. 011******** for credit note. But I have been not received satisfactory answer from Hotspot centre Delhi. Once again I have been requested to Hotspot to resolve the matter by emails which were sent on 9.06.09, 16.06.09 & 25.06.09. But till date, neither I have received the reply of above emails nor the credit note from Hotspot.
As it is clear from above that hotspot is not providing any solution on the above matter. I have already spent so much time and money on the above matter which is really harassment to a genuine customer.
