SIR,
I am using my airtel no. ********13 since last around 5 years,and even though i am facig such a problem,isn't it shameful???. I had activated do not disturb service 3 years ago,but till today nothing has been done.i have logged complaints to the costumer care many times but no one is there to bother about it. either they cut the phone in between the call or dont even give the compalin no.
On last complain,they gave a complain no.37467300,but they have no idea what happened to this complain,now they have given a new complain no. CDRGP 30********5.
TILL WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO REVERT THIS PROBLEM,BECAUSE VERY SOON;IF ANY ONE ONE WILL NOT RESPOND TO THIS COMPLAINT OR IGNORE THIS COMPLAIN;I HAVE TO SWITCH TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER.
I AM SENDING FEW SCREEN SHOTS TO SHOW THAT I AM NOT TELLING LIE!!
