For the last one month my AIRTEL broadband connection, both INTERNET and landline are not functioning properly. It takes ages to go to any site in INTERNET - many times dnserror is displayed and the message \"PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED\" is shown. In the telephone there is constant noise. I had reported the problem to AIRTEL 121, and they had sent two technicians. They fiddled with some wires and nuts and bolts and promised to send someone else if the problem persisted. When I told them the next day, that the problem still persisted they gave me a new complaint no. Now, I have three complaint nos. but no solution to my problem. I least expected this kind of service from a leading telephony operator like AIRTEL. One of the technicians had the cheek to say that \"May be the connection in my building has deteriorated and I will have to bear charges for changing the same\". My residential building is only two years old and this statement was really shocking. Even state owned BSNL provides much better service than this
