i'm form Patna,Bihar and my iphone 6s rose gold 64gb was damaged in a rainy day scooty accident. my cellphone fell in a puddle and is switched off since 6th september 2016, i have been contacting the insurance company and the store that i bought it from(aditya vision, near income tax golumber, Patna). my cellphone was picked up from my home on 29th september. a lady form service center called on 1st december asking me my apple id and told me that my cell phone will be delivered within 10-15 days, which is not yet delivered. i would like my iphone 6s rose gold 64gb to be replaced and delievered to me as soon as possible. kindly look into the matter as our patience as customers is running thin. my CIN no. is D32********0
