I had booked a couple of rooms at the Taj Chikmagalur, of which I cancelled one of them on Oct 2nd 2010. It is Dec 2nd today and I still haven’t received my refund (for around Rs 10,700).

I might have called customer service atleast 10 times and they always give the same answer that the money should reflect in a couple of days. But I understand that this is just a lie to keep me off the hook for a couple of days. (OR the processes in TRAVELGURU are so pitiable that the customer service agents are as much in the dark as the customers themselves)

I really do not understand what is happening and am really appalled by the PATHEITC service by the team. A simple refund process like this taking a couple of months is JUST NOT ACCEPTABLE!

I have asked atleast a couple of times for their asst manager to call me and update me about the status, but I have not got any call from him yet. (Shows his integrity and dedication to customer satisfaction!)

Please be wary of this travel site!
