I had a horrible tour experience. This is Pathetic and very bad experience with Travel Guru. I have chosen one hotel based on TRAVELGURU employee Ms. Madhuri's information and spent our hard earned money.

Although, Let me bring to your notice in brief as under;
1. We have booked 3 (Deluxe Room) on 11/11/2010 for Check In 13th Nov & Check out 14th Nov 2010 at Hotel Glanton Manor, Ooty, India. On 13th morning and afternoon I have confirmed with Travel Guru people regarding my booking status. They told me rooms are reserved, I need not to worry. When we reached Glanton Manor Hotel, front office executive told me that rooms are not available with them and they have already informed to Travel Guru.. I spoke to one Mr. Prashant (Travel Guru person) regarding the same and asked him for refunding my money because I need to search other hotel but he was not agreeing for the same..Then they have arranged one hotel for us which was worst facility.. Rooms were very dirty, wash basins were broken, Toilet cisterns were damaged, water for toilet is totally black colour..
2. Never changed the bed sheets or pillows cover
3. Food was not available in restaurant..
My father is a paralysis patient which I have informed to Ms. Madhuri before booking..She told, will take care the same and told me to write her name in Ref.
After facing these problem I complained to hotel executive & Travel Guru executive Mr. Prashanth but nobody has get back to us..
With all aforesaid points I request to take an action ON SUCH SITE WHO FOR MONEY SACK CAN DO INJUSTICE TO
TRAVELLERS.
This is absolute cheating by Travel Guru and I request that prompt action should be taken so that such cheatings against ordinary people like me should not happen in future
I would like to have complete refund of my hard earned money.
