This is with reference to the Deficient service ,Harasment and false promises done by Global Visas in my case. Below mentioned is the case history.
I Ravinder Kumar Sharma, approached Global Visas on 5th May.2010 with a request to guide my case for Canadian Tourist Visa and if that worked then to go ahead with US tourist visa . But the priority was Canadian tourist visa and if i get the Canadian visa then to go ahead with US visa. My one point of contact in Global Visas was Mr. Karan Khosla. Who after looking to my case assured me that my case is very strong and he will give preference to Canadian Visa first and then US Visa and asked me to pay full amount of 400000 or an advance of Rs.25000 ( which they have divided 25000 for canadian visa and rest for US visa subjec to my getting canadian visa), which i paid 5000 in cash and a cheque of rupees 20,000. Karan Khosla assured me that his legal Advisor will contact me after reading my case in 24 hours which i didnt received call and on my repeated followup with Karan atlast afer 2 working days Miss Agnieszka Skrzypczak ( legal Advisor) called me and told me tha my case is very strong and asked me to work on the list of items and for any problems i can call her or write her directly. That day itself i received a call from one more legal advisor named Miss Nallely Coulam, she told me tha she is assigned to me for my US visa processing and to my shock i told her and Karan on that call itself that i want to go ahead with US case only once i get my Canadian Visa, to which Karan replied that canadian visa is not at all an issue in my case and he understands that i will go ahead only for US visa if my canadian visa works fine and then after tha i never received any call or mail from Nallely Coulam regarding my US case untill one month.
Now, while collecting supporting documents for my canadian visa i faced lot of problems and tried to contact Miss Agnieszka Skrzypczak and karan too but none of them supported me on time, i have to literally run behind them even for getting answer to my simple queries.
After hardship of 15 days i uploaded all required documents on their site for Miss Agnieszka Skrzypczak's review and go ahead. To which she responded that she will take couple of days and reply back and also she would share and work on my covering letter too. But even after waiting and chasing for more then 5 days i did not hear a word from her.
Seeing all these deficiencies from Global Visas one day with all my documents i went again to their office in Nehru place and their i was told that i have to pay 8000 more and then only they will proceed ahead with my case. I was shocked because i already had payed them 25000 which was required for canadian visa processing, at that time Karan told me tha he transfered 8000 from that for US visa processing and that too without informing me and infact my repeated reminders to them for initiating my case for US once i get canadian visa they did that and Karan khosla became admend and told me that they will only go ahead once they will get 8000 from me.
I wanted to speak to their Senior manager but i was told that no one is their and the Senior person will be back from holidays only in mid June and in his absence their is no one who can listen to my case.
Forcefully i paid them 8000 more and asked them to go ahead and asked Karan to get in touch with Agnieszka Skrzypczak for feedback on dicuments and coverletter. To which karan redirected me to some Jaspreet in India office and she gave a look to my documents for 10 mins and told me that she will prepare my cover letter which she did nothing but just listed all my documents on a paper and attached it along with my file which i only arranged later to make it more professional. And i didnt get any support from my leagl advisor Agnieszka Skrzypczak in my case.
Nex day i filled my papers and due to the deficiency from Global Visas part my visa got refused.
Again i contacted Karan and went to his office with refusal letter to which he said he will work with Agnieszka Skrzypczak and they will resubmitt my case this entire case took two months and no body got back to me with any updates only i received a call from Agnieszka Skrzypczak where in she told me that this time she will work accuretly on my case specially on cover letter shich will give insite of all my case.
Now even after one month to this conversation i am still waiting for a reply from Agnieszka Skrzypczak on cover letter etc. Today again i received an email from Nallely Coulam demanding more money from me for US case, which i was never interested.

I want to take a strict action against this organization and specially against Nallely Coulam, Karan Khosla and Agnieszka Skrzypczak for providing me deficient service and Harassing me for all these 2 months and also i want my 8000 back from them which they have taken from me for US processing.
