Complaint by: Ajay Kumar on December 29, 2010, 11:12 am in Credit Cards

I wanted to inform you that i am Ajay Kumar post graduated from one of finest college of India and software Engineer by profession.I was looking to settle in United kingdom and fully eligible for UK Tier 1 General Visa (Point based Visa). So i started my visa processing through a company called Global Visas (http://www.globalvisas.com/) . they told me that they are one of best company which are dealing with different countries visa and promised that they will put my visas process in such way that i will not face any issues like visa rejection ..etc and they told me they have offices in different countries like UK,Canada,Australia and USA. I agreed with them and started my visa processing by paying them Rs. 20400 by Credit Card and during paying they were trying to get my Credit Cards details like Card Number,Valid From, expiry date ,name on Card and CVC number. When i have not given these details then they try to get these detail from their prescribed form (Agreement Form). I told them i am not going to reveal things at all then they said ok and told me that you can write your name and address and signed on this agreement.I signed on their agreement by revealing my name and address. Once i signed on their agreement they have given me a login name and password where i can upload my document and assigned me a case manager name Jashpreet Dang and i started documentation. But After one week they debited Rs. 20600 from my Credit Cards without informing me when i called them they were not picking phone at all, i struggled one week to have a conversation with them.when they picked up my phone they were pretending that they do not know any thing about Rs. 20600, and cut the phone by saying let me ask to our finance team. Again i struggled with them around some 7-10 days and every time some other guys will pick up phone and again and again you have to narrate all story and they will say let me talk to our management and will update you very soon. But they will not call you at all and will not pick up phone as well (See the situation i am calling them 20 -30 times a day and they are putting my phone on hold not listening any thing and wasting my important time with these buggers). In between i was searching info about them on internet and fond that they are fully involve in fraud,Corruption and money scam. a lots of complain has been made against them on consumercomplain of india (visit http://www.consumercomplaints.in/?search=global+Visas). Finally i talked to Sidhansu Sing (Heading India Global Visas office) after one and a half month about returning my money back. He told me it's impossible to return money and told me deposit your rest of money and promise me will process my visas. His intention was to take some more money. I lost faith on them and trying to get my money. Through searching on internet i got your mail ID. Please help me to get my money back if not suggest me how will i get my money back

Mr. Ajay,

You will get your money back.

I have recently lodged a complaint against global visas and i am dragging them to the consumer court.

All you have to do is
preserve the receipt of all the payments you have made to them. Only on the basis of these receipts, you can file your case in consumer court.

If you require any help, call me on this number ********32
