ICICI Bank Limited - deduct surcharge mcc4112 with out informed

I found that icici bank deducted rs 30.65 , 53.18 and 53.18 on dated 22/08/2013 , 22/08/2013 and 26/08/2013 from my account no. 00********77 operated at Vallabh Vidyanagar (Anand) Gujarat as a name of "Surchargedt19.08.2013mcc4112 , Surchargedt19.08.2013mcc4112 and Surchargedt20.08.2013mcc4112".
Let me know it is valid deduction or not? Waiting for your replay

On scrutiny of my Bank Statement, I found that ICICI Bank deducted Rs. 22.68, Rs. 35.64 as surcharge 4112 dated 30 July 2022, Rs. 30.75 & Rs. 35.64 as surcharge 4114 on 02 August 2022 from my account no. 00*********7 operated at Vasant Vihar, New Delhi.

Kindly let me know it is valid deduction or not? Waiting for your reply.

I found that ICICI bank deducted every transaction 2 to 5 rupees (3 Times) in the month of Dec'2020 to till date from my saving account operated at Susil Kumar E (Erode) Tamil Nadu.
What is the surcharged mcc4112?

Also, I'm visited to nearest ICICI bank at Perundurai Branch(Erode dst) resolve my problem.

Surcharge Dt:13/05/17 MCC 4112 --- 70.79
Surcharge Dt:14/05/17 MCC 4112 --- 29.81
Surcharge Dt:15/05/17 MCC 4112 --- 11.50
What is the surcharged mcc 4112?
and what is the reason for deduction
