ComplianceOnline is a company that cheats its customers. It set a date for an online learning session, but altered it at the last moment. I had enrolled for this webinar. There was no response to any mails or other communication for a couple of weeks about the rescheduled time. Finally, it was set for a date on which it was impossible for me to attend due to my previous commitments. When I asked them for a change, there has been absolutely no response.
The date has passed, and I am yet to hear from them. I know that even if I manage to get across to them, they will say that I was the one who did not attend. All their reschedule rules relate only when it suits them. All of MetricStream’s rules change when it comes to the consumer. This is a terrible way of doing business. You have lost me forever. My large professional circle will build a very bad opinion about the way you offer your services.
