I have been taken for a ride by this company called ComplianceOnline, a company which has a Bangalore address. I enrolled for a webinar course on regulatory compliance for FDA, but the session was cancelled. Now, they are saying that I have to enroll for another course with the money due from them, without making a mention of refund.
This is grossly unfair from a company that claims to be a part of MetricStream, provider of professional trainings based in Palo Alto, US. What kind of policy is this, which springs up out of nowhere only whenever money has to go out from their hands? This is nothing but white collar cheating. They are a bunch of frauds.
