Its regret to complain but I don’t have any other choice left
From Jaipur on 7th April 2010, I have booked 2 set of cartoon with self to Bangalore, which is loaded with me on Train # 2579 jaipur Mysore express Dated 7 April 2010,
Train reached at 1:00 PM at Bangalore citi junction on 9 April 2010 and I enquired about my luggage from Parcel office attainment that is at that time on duty
And he responded: “We don’t have any information / authority to open for luggageâ€
We have shown Receipt which we have received from Jaipur Parcel office
ended with 3438 Dated 7th April 2010
But they refused …………….mean while train left station.
We immediately went to Office of Parcel at Bangalore Station and informed incharge regarding this and he said “your luggage will come back from last station on 11 April 2010 time 6:30 AMâ€
We again went on 11 April 2010 , they checked when train came and informed that material in not reached
We are stuck up in Bangalore because of this, since 9 April 2010 I am doing follow up with Bangalore Station Parcel Office but they are not able to give us any response
I have to go back to Jaipur and I am stuck up in Bangalore
Its almost 6 days passed and no one is able to response positive not able to trace my material.

I got my Parcel Pls Close thios complaint. I am very much happy with Railway department.
They are doing there best job.Specially I want to admire Mr Philip from Bangalore Parcel office who is doing his best duty
