I would like to call your attention against the Railway Reservation staff at Mount Abu who are doing the reservation of brokers especially at the time of TATKAL RESERVATION. Today itself I cought a railway staff named Radheshyam Vaishnav who was doing TATKAL reservation from inside the room. When I protested from out side he ignored me and carry on his job. When I convinced some more person waiting in que to protest it. He irritated strongly and then opened the window and told I will not take any form untill unless these forms( Brokers form ) are being cleared. After clearing that forms he started taking our form at 0817 Hrs . The problem did not complete here, but he told pl tender exact change otherwise next person will have to wait. Hence the person waiting in que suffered a lot due to a mischief conduct of the staff.
It is therefore , requested that put your kind attention immediately , so that needy persons waiting in que may not harrase by such culprits.
