I had purchased the iphone 7 last year in July, 2017.

So phone is in warranty period.

After 4 months only my phone got switched off and did not get powered on.

It stops after apple logo.

So we showed the phone to apple I planet center in INORBIT mall, whitefield, bangalore, 560066.

They tried to rectify the issue but couldn't do so they mentioned us they would be sending phone to repair center.

After few days, they called me and mentioned that this can't be rectified due to external modification had been done on phone.

I completely mentioned that I haven't shown the phone anywhere except you people only.

But they were not ready to listen, I complaint to apple customer care as well, they also did not give any resolution.

I complaint to Sangeetha as well, they mentioned that apple is responsible for this, They are not liable for this fault.

So please register a complaint against the apple India and Sangeetha in order to rectify this issue.
