I am working in this company from last three months as a software engineer. They take a security amount at the time of joining of Rs. 27000, and give us joining letter with following information
first months no stipend
second and their month Rs5000 stipend
after it Rs 16000 as salary

but the three months have been passed they don\'t give any stipend or salary and when we asked them about it they provide the next week date. when we asked them to meet with the managing director or the HRs there are no one only seven or eight people comes in the company and all worked as the trainer, administrator and hr.
please give me suggestion about taken legal action against this company as they are spoiling our both time and money from the last three months. I have all the documents related to the joining the draft etc.
