Maruti Udyog Ltd - Cheated at Vipul Motar Service

Hi my swift got serviced at Vipul Motor Gurgaon on 3rd Sept 2013 and i paid around Rs 6500 and after two day my car start making so many noises and when i contacted Vipul Motar they have told me that my clutch plates spring and plate are crack and that is why the noise is coming they also told me that this happen due to my 2nd and 3rd Gear was not working fine but i am not agreed with their remarks i feel cheated their as no once told me after service that the condition of my car is that worst that it will break down next day i have again paid Rs 14300 approx after a 5 percent discount on spare and 10 percent on labour but i think that this fault occurred during the service and i have handed over the car with this fault and the same aggravated next day i really feel cheated and dissatisfied i choose the Maruti workshop as i have trust on them but post this incident i will love to get my car repaired serviced by some local vendor rather than a maruti authorise service station i will also ask my fellow colleagues not to go to Vipul motor atleast for service of their vehicle as they first charge you for service and to make more money they left some fault in your vehicle

Vipul Motors, Gurgaon is cheating on customers.

I have my Wagon R which was facing some noise problem on which their agents told me that the front cross member has been broken which should be replaced.

When I gave them the car for cross member replacement and asked for the drop at home, they told me that they have NO car for dropping so we have to use your car only for the drop.

However, I took the drop from my noisy car itself and gave them the car. After 2 days they returned the car to me and taken 4500 Rs.

Just after 2 days, I realised the same problem again and visited to Vipul Motors again and then they told me that your car's APRON is broken and the expected cost will be 12000 Rs.

When I asked them that why didn't you have told me 2 days before they said, we had no idea that time about the apron issue because we haven't checked the car thorougly because you have instructed us only to change the Cross Member nothing else.

Now, I have decided never to go to VIPUL MOTORS and will advise my family and friends never to buy and use the services from them.

I know it hardly matters to them because they are earning a lot but want to share this feedback so that some one can save himself after reading my comments before getting robbed by them.

Even, I reached their GM and every one but no one is helpful at all.
