1.Low grade service....always internet was showing problem.
2.Pathetic call center...always telling that i dont have any info,
3.Cheating customers......telling lies about we never got any information regarding transfer for your internet connection and billing.
4.Fake promise regarding settlement of bill and disconnection of service....never trust these guys and after that they charge you a lot of amount.
5. Harassed by legal department....threatening and cheap languages used by their officers.
6.Never take tikona connection even of free of cost.
7.took connection in the name of my sister....1103580375...my user id.
