I have paid for fitting a wireless router at my premises since the 02/06/2010.
Till date despite of many follow ups and making lot of complaints to their helpline, the router has not been installed till date.

I purchased revolution power plan in october end. By 12 dec they says I used 40 gb. Wow... No download and I have one laptop and 40 gb?
Anyway this I was told after 6 complaints.
I paid 5000 for unlimited plan on 18th. Still no internet. I dialed Customercare number and same roude way of talking to customer.
I did write to support and cr@ spidigo.com with all my complaint number and no solution. Total 4000 + .5000 = 9000 rs paid since end of oct and almost 50 calls, no internet since 5 days.
If today it is not resolved then I am thinking to go to consumer court and news papers.

I support this complaint. Becuse i paid Net connection to Chandra Net Pvt. Ltd. at Spidigo Ahmedabad Office before one month but till date there is no net connection at my home. Always they said network connectivity problem or check is returning but till date no any followup from their executive or any person. Government Should Ban this king of company in Ahmedabad.

poor service provide by spidigo. lack sense of manage the customers problem. i purchase spidigo brodband 8/5/2014 ..but still its not install 16/5..bad responce by salesman. tired to call the salesman.
