BSNL - BSNL head of vidhyadhar Nagar Mr.RAJESH GUPTA suggests to withdraw my connection

I Kamal Gurbani, using my landline (2231523) since long faced issues regarding voice, after checking it was found that the instrument provided by BSNL had some problem which was brought into notice of BSNL 4 months back, even after several complaints reported about d same. They could never corrert it, i many times visited BSNL office personally to get the instrument changed. But instead they gave me used instruments everytime, saying that it's repaired. Please note, it was all done and complaint face 2 face so no complaint was registered.

So, finally on 4th Dec 2010 i went again with the same complaint, met Mr.RAJESH GUPTA (dont exactly remember his post, but was surely HOD). He again note down my number and said that my complaint will surely be resolved in a day or two. The next morning i got a call from BSNL asking for the problem, i stated the same story again and said that i am still facing the same issues. He bluntly said "WE DONT HAVE NEW PHONES TO ISSUE, SO WE CANT HELP IT, AS I ASKED THAT DONT CLOSE THIS CASE AS I NEED TO REPORT IT FURTHER, TO THIS HE REPLIED case toh close hoga AND KEPT THE PHONE DOWN RUDELY.

TODAY 8th DEC 2010, i again went to BSNL office (vidhyadhar nagar) to meet Mr.RAJESH GUPTA, and was asked to meet him at MI ROAD BRANCH, as he's not here today. So, i drove to MI ROAD branch along with the phone instrument. Was waiting for almost 90 mins to meet him, finally met. now story in his own words.

"AAP KYA CHAHTE HO? PHONE HAMARE PASS NAHIN HAIN TOH HUM KAISE CHANGE KAR DEIN? AAPKI PROBLEM STATUS RESOLVED AA RAHA HAI, IN A RUDE TONE HE ARGUED FOR LONG. FINALLY SAID KI AB AAP JAHAN COMPLAINT KARNA CHAHTE HAIN KAR LEIN, CONNECTION BAND KARWA LO NAHIN TOH. WE DONT NEED COSTUMER'S.

ABOVE ALL STATED, YU JHOLE MEIN PHONE LE K GHOOMNE SE PHONE CHANGE NAHIN HO JATA, REPAIRED PHONE SE KYA ALLREGY HAI AAPKO? ND MANY SUCH INSULTING THOUGHTS.

which i could'nt hear for long and left, If this is d way he behaves with a costumer. he has no right to work at such a reputed place holding such a designation. people like him makes our GOVT DEPT's feel insulted.

HOPEFULLY, somebody will hear this and respond promptly to value a costumer.

dear sir/mem
i had chang BSNL sim from vidhyadhar nagar date is 1-5-2017 but my sim is not starting (********70).
when i call from my bsnl no then error is NO REGISTERED ON NETWORK.
and when i call from another mobile then error is YOUR MO NO IS SWITCH OFF.
sir kindly request to you please start my BSNL No********70

BSNL IS A VERY GOOD NETWORKING SYSTEM IT HAS REASONABLE TARIFF COMPARED TO THE OTHERS, I ONLY REQUEST BSNL AUTHORITIES TO MAKE THEIR CUSTOMER CARE MORE ACTIVE AND BRING OUT GOOD OFFERS SO THAT CUSTOMERS WILL BE VERY HAPPY AND THUS THE COMPANY CAN GET GOOD NAME AND FAME ONLY A SMALL CHANGE IN THE SYSTEM CAN BRING GLORY TO THE COMPANY

I agree with your problem, i think bsnl has been adopted this tendency for all his customer and is not ready to resolve the problem, at least those problem for which bsnl is only responsible.
