My land line number is 28511411,
My consumer number is 48663046,
Regarding Bill number 1********5

Presently My computor is down since two and half months. I am not using the broad band especially in the month of February-2011. Eventhough not using the bill is stating the excess usage charges. How is it possible. Is there any chance of hacking our connections. If answer is yes, can it be tracable who is using my line.

Any way regarding this excess charges, I had been trying on this day to contact the concerned teliphone numbers as mentioned below:

1) 1500 - They advised to call account officer and gave the contact number.

2)25427722 - Account officer/Person who received call, advised to call PRO

and gave a contact number

3)25425693 - PRO in turn suggested to call CRO and gave teliphone number

4)25455900 - No one was lifting the line even after at least 15-20 times

dialing. Again I decided to call PRO

5)25425693 - After briefing about the CRO line, PRO gave your e-mail id to

contact.

6)1800-424-1600 - Before typing this message I called here, they gave one more number 1800-180-1502

7)1800-180-1502 - Final answer came from the exchange that this number does not exist.

Imagine how best service you can provide to a consumer, and what is the statsco of my mind after going through these attempts and finally no result from the efforts.

Can I get help from you now for resolving this issue.

Aditional usage charges to be finaly removed from my bill and issue separate bill or reverse this amount in my next bill.
