Hi, i purchased a new Hero Karizma ZMR on my birthday- oct 23. never in my dreams would i have ever thought something like this would happen. FYI Bike is just 4 months old and meter displays 1914 kms,
While returning back from work to home at 3am the bike caught fire on the Right hand side and was inch away from death.
My friend was on the bike and witnessed it, we panicked and somehow cabdriver provided water and we put the fire off,
We seeked help from auto rickshaw guy who took us to police station who informed us to get in touch with insurance company.
When we went to showroom near kamakya - sai motor Hero showroom they wanted me to pay 20% from my side. why in the hell should i do that? i mean my life and my friends life was in danger and this is how they sell product??]
AM LOOKING FOR A REPLACEMENT and i have consumer rights. please help me out.
