to mr godbole axis bank dadar branch mum 14 b a rd sir i spoke to mr vijay with cell no ********94 i spoke to him 3rice it was regarding the sms alerts that i am not geting it for our credit card machine in the name of jan apparels the loot store parel edc no edc/527-527-/m0000223******** that he spoke so rude with a foul language to me and steted that this services r provided with only axis bank and told me to keep calling as i am not the only 1 to call him as he gets 50 calls a day or he told to contact in branch and on top of it he tells that he is not here to all this (sory sir this is a serious problem and if this is not solved i vill register this case in consumer court as a rude behavior with customer and obliging to giv info) thk u jitesh jan apparels
