My Macbook pro 13 inch Mid 2011 model was working fine until I recently got it updated with latest Yosemite O.S from an authorized apple store in Chandigarh (Paramatrix info solutions pvt ltd sec 34). After the update it worked fine for one day and I was really happy with the performance . Next day when i turned on my laptop,my MBP was running slowly and freezes particularly if watching video(facing a strange graphic issue), but is sluggish even opening applications. I switched off my laptop and slept.Next day , the performance was even more worse , so i gave a call to the apple customer care and i talked to them for approx 1 hr and 30 min but still no solution . I called them again and they suggested me to go to the apple center . So , I went there again , the technician over there told me that , they have to run some tests and i talked to the customer care and they told me it is better to leave your laptop with them. After two days , they informed me that there is some issue with the motherboard(all of a sudden) and you need to pay 42000 for the replacement.As a student/worker , I am unable to pay that much and 42000 Rs (in that money i can buy a brand new laptop) is not a piece of cake.I feel like i am cheated by apple and if i didn't go for that update , i would be working with my mac right now. Though apple is very expensive , I always go for it because of the performance and durability and even if i am not getting that much, what is the point. I am highly unsatisfied by the way apple deals with his customer , firstly the service center made me run like a chicken from here to there and after that customer care employee said your product is out of warranty and there is nothing they can do about it. Now my laptop is a piece of junk lying in my cupboard. P.S (My case no - ********7)
