I as gifted Apple Nano on my birthday. I opened the packed a few earlier to start using it, charged it, downloaded some music on it When I took it to car t play music, the Aux didn't fit. I went t get a cable for it at 2 chroma stores. They said, they don't have one for this, and I will only get I at Apple Store. At one store close to my house the guy informed that any AUX cable will fit, however the real issue was that headset jack faulty. I was asked to visit Apple Service Center..
I did that today, went to Koramangla Forum Service center. They said this I physical damage and they cant help. This is ridiculous. My Nano is just out of box. Its in A one condition, with no scratches or damage. Even a blind person can see it. Its clearly manufacturing defect and its not fair that I am being asked to keep a piece of dummy Nano because of no fault of mine..
We have 1 more Nano, 1 Apple laptop, 1 Ipad , an I Phone--and never had any issues. But this time around I am VERY disappointed, both by product and Service.
