Hi Team,
My wife has gifted Apple Iphone 6s 16GB to me on last valentine day i.e. around 14th Feb 2016. She is housewife and to gift this precious mobile (as she know how much i Am (was) APPLE Lover) she saved the money for whole one year (She purchase for INR 46000). After sufficient save money , she gifted this phone to me. On that day I was Happiest person in the planet but somewhere was too emotional by thinking how much compromise she would have done for this Gift.
Phone was working perfectly fine till last week and as new upgrade was available i.e. 10.3, I was upgrading directly from phone. But this couldnt happened and then Issue starts. Phone was started restarting automatically in Ideal state and getting hotter than previous. I visited Apple authorized service center Nyasa, Pranbhadevi, Mumbai they told me this is purely Software problem and will be resolve via itune upgrade.
That day after reaching home I tried to upgrade via Itunes and at last stage just after "Verifying Software Updgrade" my phone went into recovery state and showing error of 09. I tried with different laptops and cables but shown same error. This stage Phone was permanently on Recovery state and unable to use now.
Next Day I visited same service center Nyasa, Prabhadevi, after doing whatever I did in last day, within not even in 2 mints and without any hardware check they conclude that Phone has Hardware fault and as warranty has been expired before three months we cant give replacement in free.After paying pay INR 25,500 I may get new phone as per policy. I requested lot of time to them to please check atleast once to check find hardware fault and if it can be repairable within some small amount I am ready. But they declined.
1. How can be INR 46000 becomes INR ZERO in few seconds that too following solution given by Apple Service Center teams
2. Why Apple team is not doing any basic hardware check to find out if Phone is repairable
3. Offer they are giving is INR 25500 is too huge by comparing Brand new iphone 32GB coming in INR 35000
In india at meerut city apple service centre executive officer were arrgument with me & not agree with me i was tell that my home button was loss but he say it works ok i was comparing the problem with other i phone but he was still disagree & not solve my mistake

I have also came across this kind of cheating from Apple India Pvt. ltd. My phone asked me to install latest ios 10.3.2 update which caused my phone dead and when I went to service center they says your motherboard is damaged bu this ios update.
I am following up every day by sending an emails to apple CEO 'Tim Cook' but haven't received any response yet.

This is regarding my iphone 6 Plus 128 GB. Refer to the case number 100228912618 for details on what has happened.
My iphone was not able to find the network carrier and lept showing Searching on top. However, it was letting me surf the net and also store my pictures and other files when connected through wifi. In short, it acted like an ipad without SIM.
When i called up Apple customer support, I was asked to download itunes and do a restore/reset. However, as I could not download itunes on my laptop, I took the phone to an Apple Authorized service center in One Horizon Center, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon. The service center team told me that they will do a reset and data will be lost. I agreed to it and asked them to proceed. They did a restore/reset through itunes, which failed in between. They were kind enough to try again but still failed. Now they handed over the phone to me saying "Sorry, but the phone is now stuck at the itunes screen, there is nothing that we can do other than replace the phone by charging INR 29000 as the phone is out of warranty."
I took the phone and went to the other Apple authorized service center in Cyber City, Gurgaon, with an assumption that they will have expert staff.
The staff person told me that it is a sad thing the previous service center staff did not tell you that restoring could result in the phone freezing at the itunes screen and the phone going absolutely corrupt.
My concern with the Apple support is:
a) They did not tell me that the phone may become absolutely useless by trying to restore/reset the phone
b) They did something and handed over the phone to me showing their helplessness stating that since it is out of warranty, i will have to pay INR 29000 to get a new phone with same configuration.
c) The warranty was there till February this year. I did not expect such bad quality from Apple that it just works fine during the warranty and few months after that, it starts giving trouble. That is not why I had spent such a huge amount of money to buy the best configuration being offered at that time.
d) I have head Apple products are supposed to be good, but this does not seem to be the case when i consider my phone going bad. In addition, Apple support playing around with the phone and messing it up further and giving it back to me with not even in the same condition in which it was brought in to the service center.
I request a resolution to this problem as I am not willing to pay INR 29000 for the service center's fault. I need action on this and a speedy resolution as the phone is not even in a condition where it can be used as an ipad for surfing.
Kindly provide a replacement without any charges as it is the service center's fault that they tried playing with the phone and messed it up completely.
