I NAMAN JAIN PURCHASED AN IPHONE 6 ON 6TH JAN 2015 WITH WHICH THERE WAS BATTERY ISSUES AND WAS SUBMITTED WITH THE SERVICE CENTER B2X TECHNOLOGIES NETAJI SUBHASH PLACE ON 4TH JAN 2016 UNDER WARRANTY.
ON WHICH THEY TRIED REGULAR TESTS FOR ALMOST 13 DAYS AND CONFIRMED THERE WAS NO PROBLEM AFTER CHECKING FOR 3-4 TIMES WITH DIFFERENT TESTS WITH THE IPHONE .AND DURING THE FOLLOWUP ALMOST FORCED ME TO BUY THE WARRANTY EXTENSION PACK FOR RS 4500/- FOR WHICH I DENIED.
BUT FOR WHICH I WAS SURE THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM THE CASE WAS ESCALATED AND AFTER LOT OF PERSUAL THE CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE DIRECTED ME TO SUBMIT THE IPHONE TO SOME OTHER SERVICE CENTER AND GET SATISFIED AND ASSURED THAT THE PHONE WILL BE REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY AS BY NOW THE WARRANTY DATES WERE EXPIRED.
THE IPHONE WAS THEN PICKED FROM THE SERVICE CENTER AND SUBMITTED TO THE OTHER SERVICE CETNER AT 4 GENIUS MIND @RAJOURI GARDEN , THERE THE IPHONE WAS FOUND FAULTY ON THE VERY FIRST INSTANCE AND WAS PROCEEDED FOR REPLACEMENT AS COMMITED .
ON 23 OF JAN AFTER 19 DAYS THE PHONE WAS REPLACED AND WAS ISSUED TO US WITH 90 DAYS WARRANTY FOR THE REPLACED HANDSET AS PER APPLE POLICY.
NOW THE ISSUE IS THERE WITH REPLACE IPHONE THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH HOME BUTTON GIVING AN ABSURD NOICE AND ALSO SOMETIMES HANG. THE PHONE WAS AGAIN SUBMITTED TO THE SERVICE CENTER ON 20 TH OF APRIL AND SINCE LAST 15 DAYS THE PHONE IS LYING WITH THE SERVICE CENTER AND THEY ARE SAYING THAT THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH THE IPHONE.
THE VERY SAME OLD STORY WHAT HAPPENED IN JANUARY. AND NOW AGAIN THEY SAY THAT IT IS WORKING FINE. THEY SAY THEY HAVE TESTED THE IPHONE FOR ALL THESE DAYS AND IT HAS NO PROBLEM.
THOUGH WHEN SUBMITTED THE EXECUTIVE RECEIVING THE PHONE CONFIRMED THE ABSURD NOISE OF THE HOME BUTTON AND ON 22ND APRIL I WAS TOLD THAT THE HOME BUTTON HAS BEEN REFITTED AND NOW THERE IS NO PROBLM OF NOISE WHEN WENT THERE TO COLLECT THE IPHONE THE PROBLEM WAS NOT RESOLVED PROPERLY. HENCE WE NEVER COLLECTED THE IPHONE AND THE CASE WAS ESCALATED TO CUSTOMER CARE.
NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TILL DATE .
KINDLY LOOK INTO THE COMPLAINT.
AS I FEEL CHEATED WITH THE IPHONE COMPANY AND THERE SERVICE CENTER. AND PLEASE ARRANGE EITHER FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE PHONE OR REFUND OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY
