My Apple ipad 2 sim slot got stucked last saturday and Apple India is not helping me to sort out my problem instead they are denying my case. I took my Apple ipad intially to Apple store in Lulu mall , they tried to open it up and then they send me to Authorised Apple service centre in Kadavanthara Ernakulam . I had registered my complaint online too but its almost a week now and they are asking me to pay 19000/- extra and get my ipad replaced , i hardly used it for 3-4 days !! I need justice !! They had made some marks on my ipad slot too!!
