Dear Sir
Purchased the Apple Ipad from Apple Store in Singapore in March 2012 . My son who lives in usa (Binoy Shah) purchased it as my Birthday Gift.
I am using it in Mumbai. The cost of ipad was Rs 38,000 at that time.
In last 3 days the ipad has suddenly is frozen and cant be turned off or rebooted.
When it was shown to authrise store at Atria Mall on worli we were directed to Apples authorise service center at Tardeo .
After checking we were told they cant turn it on and this is 1st time they have come acroos this kind of problem and has never seen it before.
We were told they will check it with apple and if possible replace it or will have to pay additional money for replacement .
This is not acceptable to me to pay as Apple is worlds most reputed company and why we should accept a shody product this also reflect on apple company.
Also we have paid lot of money to buy a product from a reputed company
