I have a iphone 6s which is not getting repaired or replace even it is still in warranty
The whole concern is that I am from Agra I went to service center at TDI mall in which the service center employee declined its repair or replace just saying that it will be rejected from bangalore so thats why we are not accepting this i phone 6s in warranty repair or replacement
Please help me out with this issue because this is the first iphone of my life and bought it because i thought I will never face any issue and then also i am facing issue and your employees are not at all helping me out.I need a replace or repair in warranty if i cant be helped then there is no use of iphone its a shit that nobody should buy..

I got my iphone SE damaged 15 days back and i had submitted the phone the same day as i had insurance from New india insurance which i had purchased from the store itself. Today after 12 days there is no update on this and when i called apple support center they told me you talk to insurance company and dont call us for the product update.

With reference to model no. A1688 & IMEI no. 35********25804 , Kindly note that my phone is getting continues complaint and totally disappointed about the service and quality of iPhone .I would like to explain more details as mentioned below .
# After the purchase , very immediately, I had faced issues on receiver and done servicing from icare Thrissur to solve and rectifying it.
# Again found jarring sound from receiver while calling ,issue is there
even using earpods.
#As per the service,they and informed that some of the modules had changed and it may be having warranty of 90 days from the date of service .
#After the service,every thing runs in proper. I found the same issue while on call (other side couldn't hear my voice) without jarring sound on march. Again the problem found yesterday with jarring unpleasant voice.
But, unfortunately today onwards same problem has been repeated and faced same reciever complaint and could not possible to hear and use it properly.
As I believe that Apple stands in market because of quality and service support, this type of continues issues made me totally disappointed about the trust and quality of apple .
I need your IMMEDIATE support about this and requesting you to rectify Asap with proper replacement. Now it has only some more months to finish the warranty I couldn't use it by module replacement as I prefer to use it for long time .
So, please do your best support and looking forward for your valuable feedback at the earliest.
