Hi , I am Vaibhav Gandhi. I bought a new I Phone 5 S on 20/2/2016 in chandigarh. 2 days back i found a green spot at one end of the screen. It kept on increasing and now the complete screen becomes green while using the touch.
I have visited the Authorized service center "Paramatrix Info Solution". I was told that i must have put pressure on the screen because of which it has damaged. moreover, there is not damage or dent on the phone. And it was lying on the table and it happened of its own.

Hi sir/madam,

I am writing this mail to inform you that despite of various calls to the Apple help service and visit to service center I am very disappointed.
From last more than 6 days I could not get a solution for my Apple iphone 5s service to reach my expectation. I submitted my mobile in Borivali service center (APTRONIX), but they did not helped, they directed me to go for pay & replacement of new iphone by paying Rs. 21400/. The moment I denied than they said me to call on the Apple cust care helpline and unfortunatly helpline team is giving me continues fake condolence which doesn't helped me at all.
In last 6 days, myself being ur customer from myside I called 3-4 times and spoken with all following advisor in which some of your sr advisor.
1) Mr Halil (I called on 23/09/16 - But received All fake condolence)
2) Mr Deepak (I called on 24/09/16 - But he is Not able to help)
3) Ms Koushika - Sr Advisor (I called on 24/09/16 - But Fake condolence and fake promise by her for resolution update by end of 26/09/16)
4) Mr Saurabh - Sr Advisor (I called on 26/09/16 - But Fake condolence and promise by hin for resolution update by 27/09/16 at 7 pm)
5) Mr Sayed - sr advisor ( I called on 28/09/16 - Fake condolence and refused to help me on my concern and provided unexpected resolution with his regid attitude)
Pls note all above calls done by me. None of calls or emails for follow up or status update about my concern has been initiated by Apple.

I regret to tell you that Apple has a very bad customer service, which is unacceptable for such a big brand like Apple. It is my misfortune that my phone got switched off and on trying a lot I could not retrieve my data and in this scenario customer care not accepting my phone due to a small dent, which was caused due to a scratch while handling. Customer care advisor (mr sayed - sr advisor) quoted that the dent is more than 4mm deep due to which they are not willing to provide the service under warranty however DENT IS NOT MORE THAN 2 MM and my iPhone is just 6 month old.
I AM FEELING LIKE HARASSED BY APPLE TEAM FOR ALMOST 5-6 DAYS.
Apple should either resolved my issue under warrenty for such small damage or stop making such delicate product which can not bare just 1 meter fall.
I am very much upset and frustrated due to such irrelevant behaviour and I feel Apple customer care is just treating me like a football sending me to and fro to Apple customer care and Service Center. This is my last hope and I expect some respect for your existing customer and treat my case on urgent basis.
