Apple India - Apple I-phone 5 speaker issue

I have purchased two Apple I-Phone 5 : 16 GB, one in black colour & one in white colour from Tresor Systems, Shop No.36 & 37, 2nd Floor, MGF Metropolitan Mall, M.G. Road, Gurgaon-122002 on booking by paying Rs.5,000/- each as advance. Out of which, I got black I-Phone 5 on 2nd November 2012 & white I-Phone 5 on 22nd November 2012. While purchasing I-Phone 5 in white colour, they applied the condition that if I buy this phone, I’ll have to buy extended guarantee also. This extended guarantee is compulsory & without this condition, they denied to sell the phone. Moreover, they promised me if this phone gets damaged, or stops working due to any reason, or if water gets into this phone, even then they will replace the phone & will give me new phone. The offer was so attractive, so, I paid for additional guarrantee approx. Rs.5,000/- extra.

The phone was working properly. Suddenly, one day its speaker stopped working & I was unable to attend the calls on normal mode. But, when I switched on the speaker while calling or attending calls, it was working. Then, after 3-4 days, i.e. on 21st May 2013, I gave this phone to the service centre for repairing. The lady who received my phone told me that she will inform me next day. Then, on 22nd May 2013, when I got the call from the service centre, they denied to change/repair my phone. They told me that since my phone has got dent, so they will charge Rs.16,000/- for replacing the phone. But, when I told them that while leaving the phone in the service centre, no dent was there, then they insisted me to read the Service Report clearly in which they had already mentioned about the dent. Their behaviour was also rude. At the time of purchasing the phone, terms & conditions were different. Then, what for I paid extra money on additional guarantee?

On 22nd May 2013, I made several calls to the Apple Customer Care Centre at 1********44. I tried to expain the issue, but in between the call gets disconnected every time. I had spoken to Ms. Sanshriti, Mr.Raghu and two more executives whose names I forgot. I had given my mobile no. also #********72. One time I received the call from Ms. Sanshriti, who told me to inform the Service Centre for sending photographs to them. Thenafter, I could not connect thru. Every time, different customer care executive comes over phone & I got tired telling the same story again & again.

No one is helping me & resolving my issue. I had spent Rs.49,400/- for which no one is giving me the service & response. I have 2 No. Apple I-phone 5, 1 No. Apple I-phone 4 & one No. Apple I-Pad. Two months back, my daughter had accidentally broken the screen of I-Paid. For replacing that, I paid Rs.22,000/-. It was o.k. That time, we were wrong & we paid. But, this time, no one is ready to provide the service.

I am seriously helpless. Kindly help me resolving the issue at the earliest please. My white Apple I-phone 5 is still with service centre.
