i have booked a flat in apple ice. for the last 13 months this project is on hold. I am already paying 8000 rs emi for the payment that i took loan from HDFC already paid to the builder.
Now hdfc blacklisted this builder and informed me in writign that they can not fund further for this builiding as the builder stopped constructions on this project. There are lots of agrieved customers on various projects of apple aday , there other project big apple also on hold, no work is happenign for many months. I immediately suggest the following actions:-
1. a media coverage , notice tobe published in leading malayalam daily asking all customers to join a forum, to be formed.
2/a case to be filed at economic offences wing in new delhi

This is really cheating. I booked the flat in Oct. 2007 and paid 50% of the cost. Till now there has been no improvement or updates from Apple a day. Their bookkeeping and records are really messed up. every time they send email, they have different figures in the amount. they don't have any information about the customers - even with Registration Form 100% filled out and given to them. they seem to lost everything. I am an NRI. recently when I went to Kochi to see what has been done for last three years, it was heart-breaking. I was getting an average of 12% p.a from the investment. I withdrew that fund gave to this cheaters. Now, all I need is the money back.
