This complaint is regarding Iphone 6, SI No. C39PL9R2G5MQ replaced with a defective iphone 6 (SI No. C7JPJA25G5MQ). I submitted my phone with Unicorn Pvt India Ltd, Shivalik, New Delhi on 17th Aug'15. I was facing problems like poor battery backup, low wifi/3G connectivity range, non working of google maps. I was replaced with a new phone on 22nd Aug'15, but still the problems persists. I am unable to connect wifi on my apple iphone device whereas i am able to connect it on other devices at home. Google maps are still not working. I spent Rs.1500 previously on my phone for putting tampered screen and on its lamination. After it got replaced, i again spent the same amount on tampered screen and lamination and again the phone is not working properly. Is this the kind of services they provide to customers? Will I have to keep getting the phone replaced every second week? What is the solution to this problem?
