Airtel Tamil Nadu - Airtel MNP is not working

My number is ********47, I ported it to Airtel & I got message from 1901 "Request Validated by donor and Porting Time 2012-05-03 22:15:00.174 "
my old BSNL sim was not working & I inserted new sim , i am not able to make any calls.when i contacted customercare they said , i have to contact BSNL office, another time they said to contact Airtel office.Its been 4 days , i am not able to make or receive calls,PLEASE SOMEONE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.....
