I AM PURCHASING A MARUTI SUZUKI CAR IN THE MONTH OF 16 JAN 2014, AND THE YOUR COMPANY HAS BEEN PROMISED TO GET 2 YEARS WARRANTY ON INTERIOR BATTERY, THUS TILL TIME MY BATTERY HAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND YOUR COMPANY AT THE TIME SALE WE PROMISED THAT THUS BATTERY WILL NOT WORKING, SO OUR COMPANY PROVIDED 2 YEAR REPLACE WARRANTY. BUT THIS TIME YOUR COMPANY ARE NOT AGREED OUR COMMITMENT. AT THE TIME OF SALE MY WARRANTY CARD ARE NOT ISSUED, THUS YOUR SALES EXECUTIVE SAYS THAT THE WARRANTY CARD ARE NOT AVAILABLE BUT SOME DAYS YOU CARRY THE WARRANTY CARD IN THE SHOWROOM.
