DJB - After Connection I never receive meter bill

Dear Sir ,I am an subscriber of DJB .My self Kashi Nath Singh Address 31 A/1 ,D-Block,khasra no-305/254, Gali no-3,Mukanadpur Part-I,Delhi-42
After Meter Connection From 7/5/10 to till date I never recieve any bill from DJB.Plese go through this Matter and Rectify this problem.
