My usual water bill comes around rs 500 for two months. My lase bill came for the duration 28/07/2010-26/11/2010 Consumption - 114 Bill - 1730. I went to DJB mukherji Nagar to log a complaint but they were not accepting my complaint and said to talk to the person come in your area for reading named Kalicharan and Jagdish. I spoke to Jagdish and he said he will come at my place but he didn't. I again visited there and somehow they accepted my written complaint and told me that they can do something when the second bill will also come with he unexpected amount. Again bill has came for duration 26/11/2010-08/02/2011 Consumption - 104 amount - 2529. I again visited there and told them to do something but trhey denied saying everything is expensive now and meter reading matched to the bill so we can't do anything. However in the same building three different meters bill is around 700 rs and there are more than 5 people in the floor. I live alone in the day time and we rarely use motor. I believe the person come for reading has done something with the meter due to we are not paying him any extra money as other does to get the reading reduced. As per the latest reading it shows 377 so consumption come as 30 for around two months that's why I am sure that to get the regular bribe Kalicharan and jagdish has forwarded my meter reading and fix the seal again. Other's meter seal ahs broken coz they do the reading rewind activity every month.
My husband is a scooter driver and we are unable to pay that much high money for water or electricity and we always track the reading for electricity but we never did it for water as we never expected this much high bill will come as we have very low usage of water.

Please do something and provide the solution as soon as possible.
