The square-feet rate of mana Jardin comes around Rs 4300. I don't know exactly, check with the builder once.
I think the flats in Mana Jardin is finished, better you will contact the builder once. They provide all the modern amenities and features in Mana Jardin and 3 BHK is spacious flat compared to other projects in that area.

Mana Jardin Apartments has both 2BHK and 3 BHK flats, but i don't about the availability exactly. The possession of Jardin is in 6 Months. Better you contact with builder about availability.

The square feet rate in Sarjapur road was approximately in the range Rs 4300 to 4500. From 2013 on-wards, the property value is increased high in Sarjapur road compared to other areas in Bangalore.

Sarjapur Road is one of the fast developing area, Many of the Builders are investing on Sarjapur road because of the people working in that stretch are interesting in Sarjapur Road. The square feet rate is affordable compared to nearest locations like Whitefield, Koramangala, etc.
