I have Booked the Hyundai Verna Top model in feb 27 2014 and i wanted the delivery on 23 March as my Parents had wedding anniversary on 24 march

but all i get is fake committements and fake news about the car

Sandeep Jha who is called manager doesnt even know what the status was and said me that the car has landed in mumbai on 23 night and asked me for a days time as somes paper work was pending i agreed and a day later he says me tha car is still in Kolhapur due to trailer breakdown and car will be reaching by 26 march
i was seriously shocked that the car hasnt yet reached mumbai and these guys are even having any update or any info

on 26 finally i got the car and the driver said me that he will take the car for registration after 4 days

after 4 days i called up the guys and asked sandeep asking when they will take the car for registration and he says he will update me by next week
i was under pressure bcoz i had a paid choice no booking which was booked on 19 march costing 10000 valid for 30 days

it was a high time and i found out that RTo will be closed for election duty so i called up sandeep to follow on the same and i was really bursted out when he says me that my documents are incomplete for registration i yelled at him if my documents were incomplte wasnt it their duty to ask for the same
sandeep started to shout over the phone and this debate was with abusive language

the guy provokes me saying tu office aa mere tu maarta hu

i reached his office within half an hour and he comes out while i was sitting in the sofa
saying kya hai bol i just stood up and he puts his hands on me

its was then i lifted my hands too as no business ethics has ever showed a customer being assaulted by a sales guy

and after that too these guys has no contacts in the RTo its was my friend who wored for th RTO asked for the papers and the papers and the car went for passing on 15 april

the only question i want to ask was was this my work to ask the documents and the RTO work
if these guys arent capable of doing the work why do these guys take bookings and

please address this to all automobile brands like hyundai ,Honda etc


I have googled up and came across almost 20 to 30 complaints against these guys
within a month

please suggest or really need to put them in their proper place for cheating customers and assaulting the customers and blaming the customers for inefficeincy of their work
