Before I begin my complaint - I have proofs (recording of phone calls, track of mail trails & sms) for every bit of this mental & financial harassment complaint.

I had booked a Celerio VXI-AMT with 7 drives. The deal was to give 10k in advance to book the car. Just a few days after the payment they demanded the entire remaining payment of 5, 17, 000 Rs. failure of which was a deal breaker. We agreed. The delivery was promised latest by 4th March & the deal was clear - not a penny will be charged over and above this amount. Here I am today on 30th April - still waiting for the delivery of my car. Every week they push it and then I spend hours calling them. When I manage to get hold of them on phone they again push the delivery & make bizarre talks like - as a compensation for this delay they will give me a few extra accessories & not charge me for the market price hike - which legally they are not eligible to do.
Today for the 5th time they have pushed the delivery again to 4th April with some meager compensation in kind. This has come after hopelessly calling 7 Drives' employees the whole day yesterday. Today a certain Mr. Zeeshan returned my call bearing this news. He also had the audacity to tell me that if the car is not delivered on 4th April, you can take your money back and leave the deal! Like really! After keeping 5,27,000 for about 45 days & waiting every day to get my hands on my car - take the money back & shut up!
They are mentally harassing me and my doubts about their ill intentions are becoming concrete. I have cancelled/rescheduled/delayed a lot of things because of this absurd behavior of the employees of 7 Drives & the never ending rescheduling of the delivery of my car. This has rendered huge losses for me both in terms of peace of mind & money.
I am a middle class person and this amount is mammoth for me. It is beyond tolerance of any customer to accept such insensitive, irresponsible, rude & exploitative behavior.
